No Bull is now a street car/bike only event. Exception to this will be the No Bull Outlaw Class.

All No Bull street cars/bikes will be required to have:

1. Street tires/ legal D.O.T..... Front wheel drive cars are allowed to run slicks.

2. Closed exhaust systems. Turbo cars are NOT required to run mufflers.

3. Current license plate.

 

Outlaw Class:

1. All 10.5 Tires acceptable

2. Run what ya brung

 

Starting system:

“Instant Green” starting. Deep staging is not recommended but will be allowed.
The Outlaw Class will use a Pro Tree.


Drive will be from Yearwood Performance. 


Basic Rules: 
All of the basic Safety Rules from NHRA or Albuquerque Dragway (track rules) will apply.

Street Legal Door Cars and Motorcycles Only: (except Outlaw)
Entries are limited to door cars only.  Must have 2 working doors.  No center driver cars allowed.  Motorcycles will be allowed in all classes except Outlaw.

Mandatory Drive to track: 10 seconds
All vehicles in the 10 second class will be required to make the drive from Yearwood Performance to the track.  All entries will leave Yearwood at 4 pm (night races) or 8am (day races) on a pre-determined route.

Tire Requirements: 10 seconds, 11.50 second, 13 second
All vehicles must have DOT tires.  FWD cars may run slicks on the front tires.

Muffler Requirements: 10 seconds, 11.50 second, 13 second
All vehicles have a closed exhaust system.  Turbos will count as a muffler.

Registration Requirement: 10 seconds, 11.50 second, 13 second
All vehicles must have a current license plate and registration.

Pairings:  
All cars will be called to the Pre Stage lanes to begin first round.  Poker chips representing each driver will be put into a hat and will be drawn forming a ladder.  A PRO ladder will be used.  The driver chosen first in each pair shall have lane choice for 1st round.  Lane choice for each remaining round will be determined by whoever ran closer to the dial in the previous round.  If the track official determines the driver did not show up in time for the drawing of the chip, the driver will be disqualified.

Break outs: 
If a driver goes faster than the break out for the class, the driver will be disqualified from Competition.  If both drivers break out, both drivers will be disqualified. 

Break Out in Final Round: 
One Driver Breaks out:  In the Final Round If one Driver breaks out and is disqualified, and take 2nd Place.

Both Drivers Break Out:
In the event that both drivers break out in the final round, then all of the money will be held over to the next race.  If both drivers break out in the final race, all of the money shall go to the Outlaw Class pot.

Mile Per Hour Rule:
Any driver who runs faster than 135 mph in any class 10 seconds or slower MUST meet all NHRA guidelines for a car that can run faster than 9.99 seconds.  A NHRA license, chassis certification, and all safety equipment must be in use on the pass that is in question.  If all requirements are not met, the driver will be given a warning.  Upon the driver making a 2nd pass over 135 mph, the car and driver shall be parked for the rest of the day.

Tech Inspection:
All entries will be required to pass a tech inspection prior to making any runs.  Driver and car must have all safety and NHRA requirements to compete at the level of the competition they are registered for.  Outlaw and 9 second class must meet a minimum of the guidelines to run 9.99 seconds/135 mph or quicker.

Copy of the Rules:
All drivers must sign a copy of the rules at the tech inspection before being allowed to compete.

Time Trials:
No Driver who is in Competition will be allowed to make ANY time trials after 6:15 (night races) or 11 am (on a Day event)
No Driver in the 10.00 second class will be allowed to make any time trials on the day of a No Bull Event.

Deadline to Enter the Event:
All drivers must complete Tech and pay the entry fee for the No Bull Event by 6:15pm.

Throttle Stops:
Use of throttle stops prohibited.  Throttle stop may be on car, but may not be used.  If track management believes a throttle stop is being used, the competitor will be disqualified.

Score Boards: 10 second, 11.50 second, 13 second
The score boards will not show the time or mph during eliminations (except the final round).

Decision of Track Official:
The decision of the Track official is final.
