Basic Rules:
All of the basic Safety Rules from NHRA or Albuquerque Dragway (track rules) will apply.

Door Cars Only:
Entries are limited to door cars only.  Must have 2 working doors.  No center driver cars allowed.

Pairings:
All cars will be called to the Pre Stage lanes to begin each round.  All remaining drivers will put a poker chip into a hat and will be randomly drawn in pairs.  The first chip in each pair will receive lane choice.  If there is one chip remaining, that driver will receive a bye-run and may choose either lane.  If the track official determines the driver did not show up in time for the drawing of the chip, the driver will be disqualified.

Break outs:
If a driver goes faster than the break out for the class, the driver will be disqualified from Competition.  If both drivers break out, both drivers will be disqualified.

Break Out in Final Round:
One Driver Breaks out:  In the Final Round If one Driver breaks out and is disqualified, the losing driver in the semi final round who was closest to the dial will be considered the runner up.

Both Drivers Break Out:
In the event that both drivers break out in the final round, the two losing drivers from the Semi-finals shall be be declared the winners (the closest to the dial will be the winner and the further from the dial will be the runner up).  If there was only one semi final loser, he shall receive both winner and runner up money.

Tech Inspection:
All entries will be required to pass a tech inspection prior to making any runs.  Driver and car must have all safety and NHRA requirements to compete at the level of the competition they are registered for.  Outlaw and 9 second class must meet a minimum of the guidelines to run 9.99 seconds/135 mph or quicker.

All drivers must sign a copy of the rules at the tech inspection before being allowed to compete.
